By using smartsht ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
smartsht is a web-based spreadsheet application with AI-assisted features for budgets, expenses, and data management. The Service includes a free tier with limited AI usage and a paid subscription ("Pro") with extended features.
You must create an account to use smartsht. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
We may change pricing or plan features with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Spreadsheet data you create is stored in your browser's local storage by default. We do not access, sell, or share your spreadsheet content. AI queries are processed by our server to generate responses but are not stored after the response is delivered.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data or downtime.
smartsht is not financial advice software. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
